Gracie Farmington Valley Presents:
A free to the public seminar on Women’s Self Defense for Teens (13+) and Adults
- Do you ever return to your car during evening time?
- Do you walk while looking at your phone?
- Use a parking garage?
- Jog on a trail alone?
These are all scenarios where women have encountered violence.
Now is the time to learn simple & effective strategies for self-defense.
Your self defense strategy can mean the difference between, life and death or catastrophic injury.
Most self-defense strategies taught by amateurs focus on defending force with force. They are missing pragmatic strategies for successfully defending herself from a bigger and stronger opponent.
In this seminar you will learn:
Situational awareness strategies
How to escape from common grabs, headlocks, and bear hugs
How defend yourself from being choked
How to escape if cornered or pushed up against a wall
Scenario based training
