Marcio Stambowsky

Marcio Stambowsky, also known as Macarrão, is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coral Belt (8th Degree Red and White Belt), and one of the famous 5 men to have been promoted to black belt by the legendary Rolls Gracie. He is the head of the Connecticut IBJJF and the father of professional MMA fighter and grappler, Neiman Gracie Stambowsky.  

Rob Kahn

Rob has the honor of being the first black belt under UFC legend Royce Gracie, and the founder of the Gracie Tampa network. He is also one of the leaders of the no-gi grappling revolution sweeping the country and has coached many top MMA and no-gi competitors. Rob’s unique style of Jiu-Jitsu has also made him one of the top combatives coaches in the country service law enforcement and special operations.

Greg Wood

Greg Wood is a black belt under professor Pedro Sauer and the founder of Plainville Martial Arts. He is a long time friend of Gracie Farmington Valley and PMA is considered a sister school routinely exchanging students.
